Yes, just check on Gamespot and I'm sure you'll find 'em.

Great! I'll take a look.

I played Vice City yesterday, played a little Hitman 2 today out of boredom... I downloaded RF Online recently but it failed to capture my interest. I'm not really into MMORPGs anymore.

I actually progressed in Gears of War, but I'm still getting blown to bits by Locust.

GoW2 sounds like more fun. At least ten new maps, you can shoot would-be chainsaw executioners, you can chainsaw someone from the crotch up, you can execute downed enemies multiple ways including curb stomps or head whacking, and if you yourself are downed you can crawl away bleeding or raise a hand and send up a "man down" signal to your teammates. Also, the method of charging and shotgunning in multiplayer will be rendered obsolete in GoW2 since even a few shots from a mere pistol will slow down a target, making his charging useless and forcing him to either turn and find cover or get slaughtered where he stands. The developers said they were pissed that in GoW their favorite weapon, the Lancer, was being underused due to shotguns being preferred for charges, so this will make the Lancer much more useful.

I learned all this from an eight - no, eleven-page spree preview on GoW2, from EGM magazine.

@ Disturbedone- Aw that's nothing I typed a whole review on Gamespot once.

What if god decided to create a stealth action game for the Xbox, do you think Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory would be that certain game? We'll find out in this review.

Story: Best plot I've seen in YEARS, I mean everything is just well written and inspiring that you wouldn't believe you're playing a videogame and that you are reading an 800 page novel written by the best writter in world. I don't even want to spoil any of it for you because it's so good.

Graphics: Way better than Halo 2 and that's certainly saying a mouthful. Example: the advanced Ragdoll physics are very realisitic, whenever you kill someone or KO someone they don't just automatically just fall to ground and disapear, no no no. They fall to the ground yes but they land in many diffrent but realistic positions, but the bodies always stay in tact. Facial expressions couldn't get any better, they look just like actual human beings.
I found little fault with the environments and textures, which made me wonder if I was playing a game intended for the Xbox360. Another thing I really loved were the water effects which I'm not going to go into too much detail about. And think Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is an original Xbox game.

Sound: I'm no gun expert or anything but, the gun sounds are quite decent, shotgun sounds like a shoutgun, Ak sounds an AK and so on and so forth, they're not the best gun sounds but they sound decent enough to make good quality firefights. Other than the guns the sound is just PERFECT, door slams, puddle splashes, footsteps, are just PERFECT. Same goes for the voice acting too.

Gameplay: Like the gravy to your mashed potatos, the icing to your cake, the bread n butter, I've saved the best for last! First let's start with the level design, no longer do 3 alarms= Game Over, instead you get 3 alarms= Betterly equipped guards. With each alarm you trigger the enemy will equip themselves with new armor pieces. Such as at alarm 1 they equip bullet proof vests, so really it's replacing one burden with less frustrating burden.

Now let's talk about Sam, he'll be facing tougher enemies than in previous games, so he's gonna need some tougher weapons and fighting techniques. Sam has been introuduced to a lot of new weapons such as, the Shotgun, The Knife,The Sniper Rifle and many more. The neat the thing about the knife is that it's a superb substitute to the 'ol elbow attacks which were unconveniant and virtually useless. Now Sam can just slit their throats, stab 'em in the gut, or if you prefer a less agressive way of dealing with your enemies, you can just knock 'em out cold with your fists or even just complete your mission without touching a single enemy.

I almost forgot about Sams new gadgets. His pistol is equipped with a device that can short circuit electronic devices temporaily, he now has a new feature to goggles that alow him to scan objects. you can now hack into computers which really more of a 10 second mini-game.

As for objectives, there is now more than one way to completing your mission and if that wasn't enough, there are plenty of side quests to engage in aswell.

Overall: What do I need an overall for this THE best stealth action game on the Xbox run to nearest retailer and buy it for like 10 bucks!

I hate to say it but your review is very faulty.

You already blew it from the beginning because the review is biased. You're supposed to leave the final judgement for the very end; otherwise there's no point in reading several paragraphs lavished with praise.

You also refer to yourself several times throughout the review. Even if it's only a little bit of that which you did, a review worth reading is a review that takes into account how most people might react as they play through it, not just you. You're doing the review for people who want to know if it's worth playing, not for people who've played it through and love it to death just like you. I've seen my share of critics who think their personal opinion moves a million mountains and that nobody else's opinion matters. That's just not right.

I like that you go through aspects of the game's special content, however. That is good.

Hope I'm not coming across as harsh, but you need to learn a thing or two about reviewing. Smile

I like typing up long paragraphs in Notepad and proofreading before I put it online. That way I have less of a chance of saying something undesirable. Smile
